Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to the CEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Riyadh
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO
Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper filing systems
Coordinate with all departments for updates, reports, and follow-ups
Arrange travel, meetings, and logistics as required
Assist in project coordination and execution of assigned tasks
Ensure smooth office operations and administrative support

Qualifications:

MBA or B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
