Qualifications:
Graduate of a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or related field)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
1-2 years of experience as a personal secretary or administrative assistant
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive/individual
Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
Maintain files, records, and databases
Perform other tasks as assigned
