Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our pharmacies and ensure excellent customer service, regulatory compliance, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple pharmacy branches.
• Manage and support pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and expiry dates.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements and reporting.
• Resolve operational issues and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or any related field)
• Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in a supervisory or pharmacy operations role.
• Valid transferable Iqama.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
