We are looking for an experienced and organized Picker Supervisor to oversee warehouse picking operations and ensure accurate and timely order preparation. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily picking activities
Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared on time
Monitor staff performance and maintain productivity targets
Train and guide pickers on procedures and safety standards
Coordinate with for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in Supermarket or logistics operations
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge and inventory handling experience
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
