Description
TAMIMI Global is looking for an amazingly talented Planning Manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for managing the program-wide project control/ scheduling activities and maintaining the Program Master Schedule, develops the capability and supervises the performance for all program planning / scheduling development, analysis, reporting and progress evaluation.
Job Description: Planning Manager - On site
Managing master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update baseline schedule.
Demonstrate a high level of skill in planning Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management projects using computer based planning and scheduling techniques.
Provides guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.
Interfaces with clients, attends regular meetings, and provides statistical reports
Creates statistical reports for management on a recurring or one-of-a-kind basis
Demonstrate Primavera Project Planning software operating expertise.
Responsible for implementing modifications to provide a cost effective planning service within assigned budget constraints. Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc
Demonstrate singular major project planning skills.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings).
Ability to apply Critical Path Method planning techniques to develop detail Engineering and Installation Project networks and schedules.
Ability to apply Earned Value Management techniques to measure/status and monitor performance.
Familiarity with the Project Management Body of Knowledge approach to Project Management techniques.
Proven ability to negotiate, mediate and delegate as well as lead a team or participate as a team member.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
10 to 12 years of work experience in project control and scheduling of engineering and construction activities.
Knowledgeable of current Primavera Enterprise Systems scheduling technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
