Job Overview
In Plant Senior Manager is the senior-most leader within the In plant function under our
project division. He is responsible for overseeing the operations to ensure optimal
performance across all in plant projects. The role demands a highly skilled professional
with extensive experience in plant management, who can drive continuous improvement
and operational excellence. The in Plant Senior Manager will be accountable for meeting
contractual goals, Dealing with clients, maintaining quality, ensuring workplace safety, and
managing the budget, all while leading a diverse team to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Dealing with the client and assuring contractual goals are met.
• Oversee all operations of project to ensuring policies and procedures are followed
• Manage with project Manager the operation and maintenance of plant equipment
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards, including health and
safety
• Establish policies and procedures where needed.
• Review and analyze all operational and maintenance reports.
• Implement cost control programs.
• Monitor and reduce costs.
• Oversee operations to ensure safety.
• Develop plans that help operations run smoothly.
• Develop and implement plans for the efficient use of materials, equipment, and
staff.
• Establish and maintain a positive and productive culture within the project.
• Work closely with upper management to set and achieve company-wide goals.
• Engage in proactive and reactive problem-solving to resolve issues affecting
quality, and cost.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staff development.
