Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Port Operations Coordinator to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and possess a strong understanding of Dammam Port operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of containers and materials.

Responsibilities:

Track incoming container shipments at Dammam Port.
Coordinate and dispatch trucks to pull containers from the port.
Prepare and process all necessary transportation paperwork and documentation.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers, port authorities, and clients.
Monitor and update the status of shipments in real-time.
Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process.
Maintain accurate records of all port operations and transportation activities.
Ensure compliance with all port regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience in Dammam Port operations, specifically container tracking and dispatch.
Strong understanding of transportation paperwork and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
