A Private Driver provides personalized transportation services for individuals, families, or executives. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:-

Safely transport clients to appointments, meetings, airports, and other destinations

Plan routes using GPS or local knowledge to ensure timely arrival

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks

Assist passengers with luggage or packages

Monitor traffic and weather conditions to adjust travel plans as needed

Ensure vehicle is fueled, serviced, and ready for use

Handle trip logs, mileage records, and fuel receipts

Maintain confidentiality regarding client activities and locations

Provide courteous and professional service at all times

Skills & Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and traffic laws

Ability to operate GPS and navigation systems

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

High level of discretion and reliability

Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Experience Requirements:

Previous experience as a personal or professional driver preferred

Experience working with high-profile individuals or executives is an advantage

Customer service background is beneficial
