Procurement Manager required for our client project in Medina

1 year contract
Salary will be discussed after the interview

Lead the procurement function across all active projects.
Manage a team of procurement engineers — hiring, performance, workload allocation
Set vendor strategy and maintain relationships across steel, MEP, and civil categories
Drive cycle time reduction and cost savings KPIs
Own IKTVA, LCGPA, and Saudization compliance reporting
Establish governance for vendor onboarding, approval workflows, and audit readiness
Partner with project directors and CFO on budget planning and spend forecasting

Requirements

12+ years in industrial or construction procurement
Prior team leadership experience (5+ direct reports)
Deep Saudi vendor network across major material categories
Strong ERP fluency (SAP or Oracle)
Advanced Excel for reporting, analysis, and spend tracking
Fluent in English and basic Arabic would be good
Reports to COO or Project Director.
