Description

As a Procurement Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely acquisition of quality goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to support the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Communication: Effectively manage professional email correspondence with customers and vendors.
• RFQ to Quotation Conversion: Seamlessly convert Requests for Quotation (RFQs) into well-structured quotations.
• Customer & Vendor Communication: Build and maintain relationships through clear and concise communication.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.
• Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely and efficient coordination of product or service delivery.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and fulfill procurement needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 2 years in procurement or a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
