We are looking for a Procurement Officer/Procurement Engineer to join our fit-out project team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials, sourcing subcontractors, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to project sites.

The role requires coordination with the project team to meet project schedules, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and purchase materials for fit-out projects.
Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
Issue purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Ensure procurement activities comply with project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in procurement for interior fit-out or construction projects.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of building materials and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
