We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, with a focus on fire protection and firefighting systems.

This role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to manage procurement processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities for fire protection and firefighting systems.

Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

Prepare and issue purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.

Collaborate with project teams to understand and meet procurement requirements.

Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.

Utilize ERP systems to streamline procurement processes and reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fire protection and firefighting systems.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and procurement best practices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
