Description

We are seeking a qualified Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have proven experience in procurement and supply chain management in the Gulf region.
Candidates must be either Saudi Nationals or Indian nationals residing in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.

Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.

Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal departments to meet their procurement needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum [2–5 years] of experience in procurement and supply chain management within the Gulf region.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and regulations in Saudi Arabia.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals and Indians with transferable Iqama.
