We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the production process in our stones and marble factory.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, reading and interpreting production drawings, and supervising a team of machine operators who cut and shape stones and marbles.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide machine operators in the cutting and shaping of stones and marbles.

Review and interpret technical drawings for accurate production execution.

Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.

Monitor quality control and ensure finished products meet required standards.

Maintain smooth operations, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure all machinery is functioning properly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production or supervisory role within the stone and marble industry.

Strong understanding of production processes and technical drawings.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
