Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our factory operations, optimize manufacturing workflows, and ensure high-quality delivery of luxury furniture and joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the factory production lines and CNC operations.

Set daily production schedules and ensure on-time project delivery.

Maintain strict quality control and minimize material waste.

Read and interpret technical drawings into production phases.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in furniture/wooden manufacturing management.

Strong expertise in wood types, high-end finishes, and manufacturing machinery.

Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Based in Riyadh (or ready for immediate relocation).
