1. Production / Workshop Mangaer
Experience: 10 -15 years in Joinery / Production / Metal / Steel / Painting Industries
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day workshop production operations
* Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, materials, and finishes,Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning tools.
* Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and procurement for smooth workflow
* Deal directly with suppliers for materials and finishes
* Supervise factory staff, subcontractors, and site installation teams
* Visit sites, take measurements, and prepare detailed BOQs for wooden and interior fit-out works
* Familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing techniques

2. Draftsman & Estimator

Should have minimum 5 years experience in
- Interior fit-out projects or joinery/wooden based projects
- Working drawings for fit out work, concept drawings from 3D view
- Prepare shop drawings and Architectural / Structural drawings
- Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
- Good Experienced in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimates
- Bachelor or a degree from a technical college in engineering is required

Bahrain based immediate joining candidates will be preferred.
