Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing appointments and meetings for management
Handling phone calls and responding to emails professionally
Preparing and drafting official letters and administrative reports
Maintaining and organizing company files and documents
Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner
Coordinating meetings and preparing the required documents
Providing general administrative and clerical support to management

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration or office management preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Professional and presentable appearance
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
