Programme Manager – Telecom & ICT

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
12-15+ years' experience, including 5+ years running multiple concurrent telecom/ICT projects as a programme or portfolio lead
PgMP or PMP (preferred), plus PRINCE2 or MSP as an advantage
Proven delivery of large rollouts such as fiber, 4G/5G, data center, smart infrastructure or national-scale networks
Strong stakeholder management with operators, regulators and government clients; Saudi/GCC experience preferred
Budget ownership, risk and governance frameworks, and vendor/subcontractor contract management
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage

Responsibilities

Own overall programme scope, schedule, cost and benefits across multiple projects
Lead and coordinate project managers and cross-functional teams
Run governance: steering committees, KPI dashboards, risk and change control
Report to executive management and the client on progress and escalations
