We are seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead planning, cost control, scheduling, and performance reporting across EPC projects, ensuring delivery within approved cost and schedule baselines.

Department: Operations
Reporting To: Operations – Executive Director

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline & updates)
Manage cost control systems and budget tracking
Prepare project performance reports (cost, schedule, progress)
Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
Support risk analysis and mitigation planning
Monitor Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics
Prepare dashboards for client and internal reporting
Support change order and variation cost analysis
Ensure alignment with contract requirements
Assist in forecasting and project completion estimates

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
8–12 years of experience in project controls within EPC projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost control systems
