Urgently Required Project Coordinator (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer only) at Riyadh

Experience- 7+years experience as Project Manager in O&M
Salary- Negotiable
Educational Qualification—BE/B.TECH/B.SC in Mechanical/Electrical
Iqama-must be transferable

Job responsilities
The Co-coordinator is responsible for planning, directing, evaluating, overseeing END-USER activities and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of resources.
Coordinator Duties & Responsibilities includes and not limited to below
Responsible as a main communicating channel between the SABIC and contractor.
Responsible for communicating with all END-USER supervisors (Mechanical, electrical, HVAC and operation).
Responsible to fulfill all the work requirements of END-USER (Mechanical, electrical, HVAC and operation).
Manage all the work force and their requirements deployed on the site by the contractor.
Will be focal point between the SABIC and the work force deployed on the site.
Arrange third party contractors for any additional job requirements for (Mechanical, electrical, HVAC and operation).
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
Handle all financial aspects/ petty cash
Coordinate special projects as directed by the Manager.
Conduct negotiations with third party contractors to determine the rate and terms of service
Monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance
Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment as per the SABIC standards.
