Description

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager and team in executing and monitoring the different stages of the project, ensuring adherence to schedules, work plans, and budgets. The role involves coordinating communication between various teams, preparing periodic reports, and contributing to problem-solving to ensure the project’s objectives are achieved efficiently and with high quality.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and follow up on project plans and schedules.
Coordinate between team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them to the Project Manager.
Organize project meetings and document meeting minutes.
Maintain and organize project files and documentation for easy access.
Track daily team tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
Identify and report issues and challenges, and propose appropriate solutions.
Assist in preparing presentations and future project plans.
Support procurement and contracting activities when needed.
Ensure the project complies with quality standards and organizational procedures.

Job Specifications: Project Coordinator

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Professional certification in project management (PMP or CAPM) or equivalent is preferred.

Professional Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in project management or administrative coordination is preferred.
Previous experience in the same sector (Technology – Construction – Services, etc.) is an advantage.

Required Skills:
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office – Excel – Word – PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of project management tools (Trello – Asana – MS Project – Jira).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong reporting and professional correspondence skills.
Good to excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
