We are urgently seeking a qualified Project Manager with the following credentials:

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management
At least 7+ years of relevant experience in the Gulf region
Proven leadership and site coordination capabilities

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise civil and structural construction activities
Coordinate with engineering, design, and procurement teams
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality compliance
Ensure adherence to international safety standards and regulations
Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities
Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
Lead on-site teams and manage subcontractors
Oversee resource planning, material procurement, and logistics
Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues
Enforce best practices in quality control and safety management
