We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager – Electrical to lead and manage Transmission Line and Substation projects. The ideal candidate must be an Electrical Engineer with at least 10+ years of experience working with a Main Contractor (not subcontractors) on large-scale HV/MV transmission and substation projects. The candidate should be available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of transmission line and substation projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budgets, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate all on-site activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure.
• Lead and supervise engineering teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to quality control, HSE standards, and project documentation requirements.
• Proactively manage risks and implement mitigation strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years experience in the execution of transmission line and substation projects
• Experience must be with a Main Contractor (not subcontractors)
• Strong understanding of high voltage (HV) and medium voltage (MV) electrical systems
• Proven leadership skills in managing project teams and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of industry codes and standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC)
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Immediate availability to join is a must
