We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of a 35,000 m³/day Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Plant. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge in desalination, and proven project management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Process/RO, QA/QC, HSE).
• Oversee subcontractors and procurement of key equipment (RO membranes, pumps, tanks, instrumentation).
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Ensure adherence to international standards (SWCC/NWC).
• Lead testing, commissioning, and client handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years’ experience in water treatment/desalination, incl. 5+ years as Project Manager.
• Proven record in managing RO/BWRO desalination projects (≥25,000 m³/day).
• PMP/PMI certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Excellent English communication (Arabic is a plus).
