Project Manager - Facility Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Reports to client Soft Services Manager and Divisional Manager.
- To deliver full scope of services in line with the output-based contracts. Responsible for full operational control of the contract.
- Production of schedules to cover cleaning operatives allocated to site areas, ensuring the contract is covered and cleaning duties are performed.
- Ensuring timesheets and biometrics are completed in accordance with the daily manpower and the contracts daily manpower budget.
- Produce monthly reports, calculate wages and deal with all day-to-day HR issues.
- Manage the asset list of site machinery ensuring all machines are fully operational at all times.
- Ensuring that PPEs are provided to all employees as required.
- Ensuring that sites have correct stock levels and products within budget limits.
- Ensure all site files are fully up to date and compliant with each and every file subject matter.
- Managing cleaning staff, including recruitment, training, performance management, staff retention and labour laws compliance.
- Enforce Health and Safety regulations in particular the site safety management of COSHH.
- Carry out multiple site visits to ensure full compliance of operations managers and supervisors in accordance with the daily routine.
- Monitoring and upholding contract/cleaner performance in accordance with the contract KPI’s and SLA’s.
- Relationship management with client, advising, account retention, investigating and solving any issues.
- Attending client site meetings and closing any outstanding action points from the minutes of the meetings.
- Produce necessary monthly reports for Senior Management and BAC Soft Services.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5-year experience in a reputed 5-star airport in the capacity of project manager/custodial manager within GCC region.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Professional certifications in project management, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Facilities Manager.
- Fluent in using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- To be able to communicate effectively with candidates, staff and clients.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and able to work accurately with numbers.
