Description
Experience Required: 10–15 years in construction
Industry: Civil Engineering / Infrastructure / Buildings
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full project lifecycle planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client coordination.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare and review project schedules, method statements, and progress reports.
• Manage variations, contractual correspondence, and claims.
• Oversee project financials, cost control, and procurement follow-up.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC / MoW standards.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under pressure.
