Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - HV Transmission Substation. The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end project management of a High Voltage (HV) Transmission Substation project.

He will manage the expeditors and ensure that the project is on track with regards to schedule, costs, and quality.

The role requires working with various stakeholders including, but not limited to, procurement, logistics, inspection agencies and contractors.

This role requires the successful candidate to manage project timelines, facilitate communication across teams, monitor project deliverables and ensure adherence to Project Contractual scope, and budgetary constraints.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for producing project status reports, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring that project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
• Adept in expediting and inspection activities to ensure quality assurance of project deliverables
• Understanding all phases of Project Management life cycle including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in producing project status reports, identifying and mitigating risks and ensuring project objectives are met.
• 15 Years of experience, with previous experience in Transmission Substation Projects, preferably SEC Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
