Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and organized Mega-Project Manager to oversee complex, large-scale developments from inception through completion.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving project strategy, managing high-level stakeholder interests, and ensuring multi-phase initiatives are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multi-disciplinary, large-scale projects.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
* Implement robust project management frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and quality controls.
* Track performance metrics, milestones, and project budgets to ensure strict timeline compliance.
* Resolve critical operational bottlenecks and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership.

Requirements:

* Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects or high-value infrastructure initiatives.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency with enterprise project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a strong plus.
* Outstanding leadership, negotiation, risk assessment, and decision-making capabilities.
