About the Role: -

We are seeking an a highly experienced Project Manager/Construction Manager to join our team for a school building project for the prestigious Jeddah Tower Project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
•Ensure project timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
•Supervise on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team.
•Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.

Key Requirements:

•Experience: 15+ years in construction management, with a focus on building projects.
•Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
•KSA Experience: Previous work experience in Saudi Arabia is required.
•Strong leadership and project management skills.
•Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to project needs.
