Description
We are looking for a Project Supervisor to manage and oversee an upcoming fish farming project in Al-Lith, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the fish farming project
Monitor fish health, feeding schedules, and water quality
Coordinate with farm workers and ensure task efficiency
Maintain accurate records of production and fish growth
Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with local regulations
Report to management regularly with updates and suggestions
Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions quickly
Requirements:
Background experience in fish farming or aquaculture is a PLUS
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage a team and work independently
Familiarity with aquaculture equipment and practices
Must be responsible, reliable, and proactive
