Description
The real estate/property division of Almoayed Investments is looking for a PROPERTY MANAGER
DELIVERABLES:
Property operations & maintenance
Leasing process & agreement
Tenant relations
Vendor relationship & contract management
Financial management, occupancy rate, & cost efficiency
Legal & compliance
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years experience in property management in GCC, preferably in Bahrain
Excellent communication & negotiation skills (Arabic language an advantage)
Strong personality and self-motivated
Effective report writing
Valid Bahrain driving license
Should be in Bahrain (can join immediately preferred)
