We are looking for a Male Property Supervisor (Indian Nationality Only) with prior experience in property management. The ideal candidate must be reliable, organized, and ready to handle day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collecting and depositing rent on time
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work
- Purchasing materials as needed
- Preparing and maintaining vacant flats for new tenants
- Regular inspection and follow-up on all managed properties
- Coordinating with reception for tenant move-in and move-out procedures
- Ensuring smooth operations of all assigned residential or commercial units

Requirements:

- Must have a valid Bahrain Driving License
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Indian nationality – Male only
- Good communication and organizational skills
