We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Property Supervisor to oversee the operational, technical, and maintenance aspects of our buildings. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure proper upkeep and safety
• Arrange and obtain quotations from 3rd-party vendors for maintenance and repair works
• Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and facility teams
• Monitor ongoing works to ensure quality, timelines, and compliance
• Manage tenant requests and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain documentation, reports, and maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or facility management
• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) preferred
• Valid Bahrain driving license (mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and supervision skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle vendor coordination
• Immediate joiners preferred
