We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Arabic-speaking Psychiatrist to join a reputable medical facility in Bahrain. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments

Diagnose emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications

Provide psychotherapy and counseling as required

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options

Ensure compliance with medical standards and confidentiality policies

Participate in follow-up care and ongoing patient management

Requirements:

MD / MBBS with specialization in Psychiatry

Valid NHRA license or eligibility for licensing in Bahrain

Minimum relevant clinical experience in hospital or medical center

Must speak and understand Arabic fluently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, empathetic, and patient-centered approach
