Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Public Relations Officer to manage and enhance our organization's public image and stakeholder relations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in event coordination, guest management, and protocol adherence while ensuring effective communication across diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage high-profile guests and ensure protocol compliance at all times

Coordinate and oversee events and exhibitions, from planning to post-event evaluation

Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external stakeholders

Draft and manage official communication in both English and Arabic

Ensure alignment of public relations activities with organizational goals

Provide insights on cultural nuances and sensitivities for effective engagement

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred major: International Communication)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Strong documentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication in both English and Arabic

Experience in:

Protocol adherence

Guest and VIP management

Event planning and execution

Post-event evaluations

Project coordination, preferably within the events and exhibition industry

Preferred Certifications:

PMU, KFUPM, GCC, and OOK certifications are an advantage

Key Skills:
Verbal English communication score of no less than 90%

Excellent organizational and planning capabilities

Strong attention to detail and professionalism under pressure

High cultural awareness and adaptability
