Description

We are inviting applications for the position of Purchaser from Lady candidates to reinforce our team in Middle East operations.

Job Responsibility:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and reliability.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide Sales Team with required quotations from supplier.
• Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials in a timely and cost effective manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize cost savings and value.
• Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve any supply issues.
• Ensure all purchases meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and alternative suppliers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Multi-tasking capability
