Description

Job Objective

To support the procurement department in carrying out daily operations related to material and service requests, ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate and available on time.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Preparing purchase orders and following up on approvals.

Working on the SABER platform for product registration and certificate issuance.

Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotations and tracking order status.

Entering purchasing data into the system/Excel and maintaining organized records.

Following up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with required specifications.

Coordinating with the finance department regarding invoices and payments.

Assisting in preparing periodic reports on purchasing activities.

Performing any other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in procurement within Saudi Arabia – mandatory.

Hands-on experience with the SABER platform – mandatory.

Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office applications, especially Excel.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Fluency in Arabic and English (written, spoken, and reading) – mandatory.
