Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and inspection programs for pipeline projects.
Ensure all pipeline construction, welding, coating, and testing activities comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and client requirements.
Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality documentation.
Supervise QA/QC inspectors and coordinate inspections with clients and third-party agencies.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality audits.
Ensure proper documentation, material traceability, and turnover dossiers are maintained.
Support hydrotesting, NDT activities, and final project handover.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in pipeline construction projects.
Strong knowledge of pipeline standards such as ASME, API, and ISO.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP, AWS CWI, NACE, or API) are preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
