Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience:
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably in manufacturing or signage/plastic industry
Industry:
• Signage / Automobile / Media Production
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and ability to interpret technical specs, proficiency with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, color meters)
• Knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques used in signage and plastic production,
• Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, including plastic sheets, adhesives, fasteners, and electrical components.
• Inspect in-process production and final output to ensure compliance with design drawings, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Verify correct color, finishing, dimensions, and mounting specifications on signage products.
• Record non-conformances and work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.
