Job description

As a Quality Control Manager. you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our lighting solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures to guarantee consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure consistency in product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor sample stocks and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and provide regular reports to management.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills in quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in a quality control role in lighting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Salary (20,000 SAR - 25,000 SAR)
