A company is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, supervise staff, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities at the assigned site.
Manage site staff, allocate duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
Ensure all work is completed according to company procedures, quality standards, and agreed schedules.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal management.
Monitor site cleanliness, safety, security, and overall operational standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify operational issues.
Report maintenance, safety, staffing, or service-related concerns to management.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports, attendance records, checklists, and other required documentation.
Ensure staff follow company policies, workplace rules, and health and safety procedures.
Assist with staff training, induction, and performance monitoring.
Handle client or customer concerns professionally and coordinate timely solutions.
Monitor the use of equipment, materials, uniforms, and other site resources.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and arrange replacements when required.
Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and operational disruptions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Site Manager.
