Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to lead and coordinate all quality-related activities for a multidisciplinary Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) Site Assessment Program in Al Khafji.

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for the effective planning, execution, documentation, and reporting of site assessment activities across multiple engineering disciplines. The role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to align stakeholders, maintain traceability, and ensure the consistent delivery of accurate, high-quality assessment outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and coordinate site assessment activities and all associated multidisciplinary interfaces.
Lead the coordination of quality-related activities throughout the assessment program.
Ensure field information, observations, and findings are properly verified, documented, and fully traceable.
Review relevant existing project documentation, engineering records, and historical data.
Coordinate inputs from multiple engineering disciplines and consolidate assessment findings and outcomes.
Monitor assessment progress, action items, risks, outstanding issues, and close-out activities.
Ensure assessment deliverables are consistent, accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable quality requirements.
Maintain effective coordination and communication among project teams, engineering disciplines, clients, and other stakeholders.
Identify quality-related issues and support the development and implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare management reports, executive summaries, progress updates, and final assessment documentation.
Support the timely review, approval, and issuance of assessment deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum of 10 years of quality-related experience within Oil & Gas projects.
Demonstrated experience working on multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing complex assessment, review, or assurance activities.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality assurance principles, and quality control processes.
Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within project schedules.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Experience

Experience with brownfield facilities and modification projects.
Experience with tie-ins, site surveys, and constructability reviews.
Previous involvement in FEED and site assessment programs.
Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco and/or Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) projects.
Familiarity with applicable Oil & Gas industry standards, client specifications, and quality requirements.
