We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control efforts on major projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in quality management, with a proven track record in the oil & gas or industrial sector. Aramco approval is highly preferred.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management or QA/QC roles.

Aramco-approved Quality Manager or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in developing and implementing QMS for large-scale projects.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Oversee site inspections, audits, and quality-related documentation.

Interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all QA/QC matters.

Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes across all project phases.

Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and engineers to ensure quality deliverables.
