We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our quality management system.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in compliance with CBAHI and ISO standards
Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented
Analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor quality team members and production staff
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent product quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement and proactive quality measures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality management or supervisory role
In-depth knowledge of CABAHI and ISO 9001 standards and other quality frameworks
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
