We are urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the following areas:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for various projects
Monitor and manage project variations and change orders
Provide accurate cost estimates and budgets
Prepare and analyze cost reports and forecasts
Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure financial control
Assist in tendering processes and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in construction and quantity surveying
Strong understanding of construction contracts and specifications
Proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
