Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Knowledge in construction costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
Experience in steel, fabrication, or construction projects preferred.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in estimation, preparing quotation.
AutoCAD knowledge and ability to prepare drawings.

Responsibilities:

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates and Quotations.
Monitor project costs and variations.
Coordinate with supervisors and Fabricators.
Ensure cost control throughout the project.
