Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor holding an ERPEP license to manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract administration, project budgeting, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards as required by the ERPEP framework.
Minimum Relevant Experience of 2 to 5 Years is MANDATORY - (Gulf Experience is Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses for project planning.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
Manage tendering processes including bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation and evaluation of contractor bids.
Monitor project progress and ensure costs remain within budget.
Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with vendors and suppliers.
Certify and process progress claims, invoices, and variations.
Maintain up-to-date records of project financials and reporting.
Ensure compliance with local construction laws, ERPEP regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Valid ERPEP license from the relevant regulatory body.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in infrastructure or building projects.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in cost estimating software and MS Office tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
