Quantity Surveyor

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in construction / infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimation and measurement
Experience in interim payment applications, variations, claims and final accounts
Good knowledge of contract administration and cost control
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant QS software
