We’re seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Real Estate Administrator & Receptionist to be the welcoming face and operational support of our office. You’ll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support our agents, and ensure our tenants feel valued from the moment they walk in.
Must-Haves:
1+ years of administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience (real estate experience a plus!)
Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a busy environment
