Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new buyers/sellers through networking and marketing.
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain strong client and developer relationships.
Stay updated on market trends and property valuations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales.
RERA License is a must.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred).
